Take a moment for you. Enjoy a gentle morning of relaxation, reflection, and rest, as you reconnect to yourself and a group of wonderful, like-minded others.

🌿 What to Expect

You’ll be warmly welcomed into a calm, nurturing space (with plenty of hot drinks and snacks!) as we ease into the morning. We’ll begin with some mindfulness and relaxation exercises to help you feel grounded and settled.

There will then be an invitation to experiment, play, and get creative with whatever art materials you feel drawn to (everything will be provided!) We will guide a nature-inspired, creative activity to help you reflect on what needs to be weeded out, and what seeds you would like to plant this Spring. No art experience or expertise is needed (there’s no expectation to create a masterpiece!)

There will also be plenty of time and…
